Stacia Rubinovich has put her communications skills to good use throughout her career of almost 25 years in marketing. Working for household names like Kellogg’s and Hershey, she learned the secrets of effective speech and writing: know your audience, identify their wants, listen to their concerns and give them what they need.

StaciaMoving from packaged goods marketing into retail and finally to Customer Relationship Management ("CRM" or "One-to-One" Marketing), Stacia got ever-closer to her customers, learning how to enrich relationships with understanding and deepen communication with relevance.

At ease in front of an audience of 4, 40 or 400, Stacia has guest lectured at Wilfred Laurier University and been a featured speaker on communicating with customers at the Canadian Marketing Association Annual Conference, the MarketExpert Conference, The Air Miles Employees Conference and the Fred Newell CRM Conference. She has worked with her husband, Jeffrey Weinstein, as a Master Speaker at Le Sport Resort in St. Lucia (the # 1 ranked destination Spa in the World as ranked by Conde Nast’s European readers) and as a Master Presenter at Canyon Ranch (the # 1 ranked fitness Spa in North America).

Stacia believes, as she was taught by her mother, that "You can say almost anything to almost anyone, as long as you say it the right way." She’s been very happily and harmoniously married to Jeff for over 15 years, so there must be some truth to it! She tells business students asking her for career advice that the most important skill they can learn, for their careers and their personal lives, is effective communication.
